Project Management

ICS operating and management staff will work closely with the Facilities Manager to outline your requirements in detail. Supervisory support staff will be available in the building during the weekend as well on Monday morning to render additional assistance to the hourly work force.

Prior to the commencement of the initial cleaning, we will review all aspects of the job with the Facilities Manager, to avoid problems when the work is performed.

ICS will conduct a joint inspection with the Facilities Manager to review those areas that require special attention. We will also note if any furniture or fixtures have been damaged. Our management team will work with the Facilities Manager to prepare a schedule for the ideal time when cleaning should begin in each of the areas.

One of our Site Supervisors will arrive at the facilities prior to the commencement of the daily work to review any possible last-minute change that may have occurred to the schedule. All cleaned areas will be thoroughly inspected immediately upon completion by our Site Supervisor to ensure quality control. ICS will make every effort to comply with your requests for additional services in an expeditious manner.

ICS’s cleaning professionals are uniformed for easy identification, trained in Health and Environmental Safety, and screened prior to employment.

Office Cleaning : Detailed Daily, Weekly, Quarterly Services.
Restroom Cleaning : Deep Cleaning, disinfecting and deodorizing.
Floor Cleaning : We serve hard wood, ceramic, concrete, stone, and computer room flooring. Grout cleaning and VCT floor stripping & waxing.
Glass Cleaning : Clean all exterior glass surfaces including, glass doors, dust tops, partition glass and main window.
Carpet Cleaning : Vacuuming and spot removal using the latest shampooing techniques including steam cleaning and extraction. We also clean upholstery.

Kitchen Cleaning : Cleaning of lunchrooms, cafeterias, break rooms, convention center, club houses, hotel, and county clubs.
Pressure Washing : Parking decks, parking lots, driveways, walkways and building exteriors.
Construction Clean-Up : Clean floors and carpets. Wash windows, fixtures, and lighting. We will do what it takes to have the building in move-in condition.
Stone Care : We preserve and restore all types of stone surfaces such as : Quarry Tile, Terrazzo, Slate, Marble, Brick, Concrete-grinding/polishing, Granite, Limestone, Mexican Tile, etc.

Our Sanitizing Service

The health and safety of our clients and staff is of the utmost importance to us. ICS wanted to let you know that ICS is offering special disinfecting services to areas for precautionary measures and to protect all of you from the effects of the COVID-19/Coronavirus.

ICS just provided its disinfecting services to Gwinnett County Courthouse (as shown below), Cobb County Properties, and Glynn County Properties to list a few. The product that ICS uses is hospital-type disinfectant called ProKure V. This disinfectant is proven against the COVID-19/Coronavirus.

The disinfecting system ICS uses is a fogging system that allows ICS to spray a fine fog of disinfectant that can settle on more surface area. It needs to rest on surfaces for 10 minutes allowing the solution to dry on its own. ICS team goes in after and wipes down any surfaces and items that are unseen.

Benefits :

Make contact with 10x more surface areas vs traditional spray and wipe methods.
This will cover walls, floors and surfaces not easily cleaned by normal spray and wipe methods.
Will kill airborne viruses that may be present at the time of fogging.
