Intercontinental Commercial Services, Inc.(ICS), incorporated in 2005, is owned and led by current CAO and founder Tony Kim. All Senior Executives of ICS are former leaders of companies that specialized in property management, hospitality services, and/or janitorial services, the vast majority of whom have 20+ years of experience in the industry.
